Mutahi Kagwe's New Nickname from Kids

Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe has been given a new nickname by kids after appearing on TV shows to discuss COVID-19.

On Sunday, June 21, 2020, Kagwe appeared on a TV show and accepted the nickname 'mtu wa corona' given to him by kids.

He said there are many creative ways to fight COVID-19, which has been prevalent in the country for 100 days.

Kenya has so far recorded 4738 COVID-19 cases since the first case was reported on March 13.

During the TV show, Kagwe was asked about the nickname given to him by kids and he accepted it.

He said, "It's true, I am a corona person, CS Mucheru is also a corona person and you are also a corona person because we are fighting corona."

Kagwe has been appearing on TV shows to discuss COVID-19 and kids have been calling him 'mtu wa corona'.

He also said, "I can get it, you can get it, everyone can get it."
